Description

This necklace is all handmade by me with love and light. It features my original design mermaid tail charm that has been partially electroformed in copper with a peek of prismatic crystal clear fins.

The pendant hangs on raw copper chain with genuine matte red creek jasper beads. So unique, this will go with many outfits!

*Since this necklace is long, I feel that it does not need a clasp. It can easily slip over the head. If you would prefer a clasp, please message me upon ordering and I will add one free of charge.

*Each one of my electroformed pieces has been sealed with a protective coating. But over time you may notice a change in the color of the patina. Each piece comes with a polish cloth. Buff gently to restore its shine.

*Nickel Free

*My pieces are light weight and although expertly made, they are delicate. Please hang in a safe place when not being worn. If you plan on taking this piece on a trip with you (as it will be gorgeous with many different outfits!) please pack it in the box that it arrives in.

Returns and exchange details

All items, including custom orders are not returnable. If you believe an item is defective or you are unsatisfied, please contact me before leaving a review. I will do all that is within my power to fix the issue. Your satisfaction is my top priority. You must contact me with in 72 hours of your item being marched DELIVERED.

Jewelry, crowns and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must message me within 2 hours of your purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for each cancelled item.

Shipping policies

All domestic orders will be shipped via Priority USPS. I cannot and will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged items. If there is an issue with the shipment (outside of my control), I will contact the USPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me before leaving a review. Priority mail includes insurance, we I will do my best to fix the problem.

If for any reason an order is shipped back to me, (for example, the ship-to address was incorrect, the package waited to be picked up at the post office for too long, etc.) it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the shipping fee again for reshipment.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the ship-to address is correct before purchasing. I ship to the address that stated in the buyer's Etsy profile. If the buyer is purchasing a gift, or needs the item to be shipped to a different address, the buyer must edit the ship-to address. Again, if the address is incorrect and the item has already been shipped, the buyer must wait for the item to be returned to me and the cost of reshipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

Gift Wrap:
The cost is $4 per item. If you are purchasing multiple gifts, please make separate orders and fill in the proper ship-to address. Each item will be wrapped in a fun neutral themed paper, perfect for any occasion.

For custom orders, I require payments up front. I will begin your order as soon as the item is paid for. All custom orders will require 1-3 weeks to complete.

If you have a valid coupon code, please remember to use it! If you forget to apply the code, I cannot edit the purchase after completed. Thank you for understanding.
