On July 17, 1915 workers distributed nearly 100,000 of these birds on what came to be known as "Suffrage Blue Bird Day." This pin hopes to capture the spirit and energy of that movement, encouraging support of women on November 6th.
NOTE: This is by design a VERY LARGE pin with dimensions approximately 1" W x 3.25" H. Please do not purchase if you are not willing to make a big statement :)
The pin does have a double butterfly clutch to hold it in place.

5 out of 5 starsGreat pin to honor the women's suffrage movement, display on Women's Equality Day, and act as a reminder every day of the continued fight for women's equality. [The tin bluebird was used in a MA campaign for women's right to vote in 1915... the referendum failed, but as in the many years leading up to then, supporters didn't give up!] I have the pin on my favorite hiking and carry-on backpack. It's very sturdy and just as described.

Yessss! I love this pin. Cant wait to pin it on a jacket or a backpack and piss off all the conservative misogynists in my red school 😆😆!! The stickers were great too, my mom asked to have one. I feel great about this purchase and that’s saying a lot seeing as I’m a pretty frugal person!
