Basic care of knitted garments:

1. Turn garments inside out before washing them. This will prolong their good look and feel.
2. Separate dark colors from light one before laundering, in order to avoid discoloration.
3. Wash by hand in cold water, using special detergents for wool and delicate fabrics.
4. The water temperature should not exceed 30°C (86°Fd).
5. Do not soak.
6. Do not bleach.
7. Dry flat only.
8. Iron on low heat without any pressure. We do not recommend ironing chunky knitted clothes.
9. Use our bags for storage.
10. Use special Sweater Shaver Machine to pilling your knitwear.

Do not hesitate to ask for an additional packaging or gift wrapping. We can even print a postcard if you want to send a gift to someone you care.
Our packaging is the one we are proud of, and even when the shipping companies mistreated the parcels, the items came undamaged.
