The digital or virtual files are transferred electronically so there isn't any way for you to "return" or "exchange" your file. If you have any issues, just let me know. Hard to say. Due to the variations between screen resolutions on an individual's computer monitor, hand-held device, tablets, and printer/ink/paper quality...colors may vary on your final printed product.

I STRONGLY suggest printing a sample of your design at the place you will be having them printed at, PRIOR to requesting the final design.

Nope. All instant downloads are just that, instant. They come exactly as shown in the listing, and are non-editable. If you would like one of my instant download designs customized, please contact us prior to placing an order. We may already have a listing that fits your needs. If not we can always create a custom order for you. Hit us up!

Sorry, no. Digital files on Etsy are too large to download them onto a phone. Currently Etsy does not offer a download option in your purchase history on their mobile app for this very reason. Once you have made your purchase you will need to log into Etsy on a desktop or laptop to download your files. You can download them from the link provided in the automated email from Etsy or you can log in and go to your purchase history and download them. You will see a blue button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD. Click on that and it will take you to the file from that order.

Custom files will be emailed to you in a high resolution, 300 dpi PDF format (unless otherwise noted).

Printing can be done anywhere that prints JPGs (Walgreens, Staples, etc). Please confirm that you are printing the same size that you ordered.

If given the option, choose matte instead of glossy (easier to write on) and do not choose color correction.

No worries! After I email your personalized file to the email address you have provided, I will mark your order complete. In doing so, Etsy sends a "shipping" notice to you. In this notice you will find a note prompting you to look in your email for your file. This shipping notice does not mean that your item is coming in the mail, it only means you need to check your email to download your digital file.
