we only add the name of choice, we cannot change the color of the animals or the stocking itself in anyway.

all personalized items are non refundable.

we can make any handbag of your choice, in your choice of fabrics.
if the shape, size, pockets and add-ons differ from one of the chosen patterns there will be additional fees from listed price. all bags come with 1 internal zip pocket only.

price quotes are only good for 90 days.

if its YOUR design you want created, no problem
a patterns needs to be drafted and is a $50 additional charge.

if rights to the pattern are desired after to have your item remade or mass produced an additional $50 fee to release the final pattern and for rights to duplicate it. ($100 for both)

All custom orders use internal stabilizers and interfacing that can distort when washing a machine.
to preserve the life of your item:

wash by hand only or dry clean.
