A must for anyone thinking about refinishing period furniture authentically. Most of the furniture painting tutorials out there are one and the same: coat it with one color of chalk paint, randomly sand it down to distress it, and call it a day. Diane’s painting tutorial is different. You learn how to refinish furniture so that the final product looks thoughtful using simple techniques anyone can do. I truly hope Diane creates more painting tutorials. I’d buy all of them!

Wow wow wow!! This course is the best there is. I learned so much from Diane. She is an amazing tutor. Every stage is clearly shown and explained. The photo is my fist attempt following the tutorial. I couldn’t be happier ❤️

I have always admired Diane’s work and engaging personality . I have also watched many demonstrations of others painting over the years. While other instructors have gotten wild and crazy, she has stayed the course with classic design, Art, and expertise. Her video took my work to the next level in terms of base coating and glazing. I highly recommend this video.

Regardless of your furniture painting experience or skill level, I highly urge you to watch this tutorial presented by Diane Llewellyn Grover of The Paint Factory. Diane will take you through a simple project and she reveals her tips and techniques. We had several "AHA" moments watching the tutorial. So THAT'S how she achieves such beautiful effects! Now it makes sense. Diane's presentation is filled with her signature wisdom, humor, and wit that we have come to adore. I think that many of us are eagerly awaiting another tutorial from The Paint Factory. I know that we will be first in line.
