Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Items that are custom made are not eligible for a refund. If you are ordering an item that includes your initials, please make sure to be very clear about the order the initials should be designed.

Refunds will be issued only if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us if you ever feel the item you received wasn't a quality product or if you feel it was misrepresented.

Decals will not be replaced or refunded if you, the buyer, tear or damage the decal during application. Refunds will not be honored for decals that are incorrectly placed on your desired surface, please read the directions and know that the decals stick instantly.

When ordering, if you do not leave ALL of the correct information needed to complete your order, we will message you asking for the additional information via Etsy. If we have not heard back from you within 2 business days, we will be forced to cancel your order and refund your money back to you.

Shipping policies

Decals will ship via USPS and without a tracking number. Most other items will ship via USPS Priority mail with a tracking number. Your address will be printed the way it is addressed in your order, so please double check that it is correct so it gets to you on time without complications. Sometimes shipping problems/delays do happen with USPS, but most orders are received within a week of shipment date.
