Description

Psuko'mth, Demon of the Mind, is a finished piece cast from my original mold of a sculpted 4-eyed demon skull.

--The demon, Psuko'mth, haunted the veil of the conscious and the unconscious for millennia, whispering knowledge and madness to men in turn. It is said he was summoned to the physical realm by alchemists in the 13th century. The demon was ritually bound, and his care was passed generation to generation, granting arcane knowledge to his holders...for a price. By the 20th century, through mutual torture between caretakers and captive, all that remained of Psuko'mth was the front of his skull. It remains in a strange mounting, and as far as anyone ones, it may be haunted by the demon still.--

Psuko'mth, Demon of the Mind, By Ra Butler: Hand-detailed resin from original mold, recycled book pages from "Psychocybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz (1960), hand-painted wood backing.
