CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME: 
Digital Invitations: 24 hours or less
Printed Invitations: Proofs within 24 hours. Upon approval of the proof the invitations are shipped within 2 business days. 

PURCHASE OPTIONS:

DIGITAL/PRINT MYSELF - We take your wording and create the invitation image, which is emailed to you ready to print. You can choose a 5x7 or 4x6 jpg (photo) file at checkout. If you need a different size or format please make a note of that with your event information. You can print them at home, at office supply store or at a photo center.

Digital files are delivered via the email address that is registered to your Etsy account after they are created with your event information. Please watch for your file in your email inbox, I do not send them through the Etsy message system. If you do not receive your proof within the current turnaround time please contact me or check your spam folder.

PRINTED - Our invitations are professionally printed on 120lb matte card stock. White envelopes are included with every printed order as well as free shipping with tracking. A proof of the invitation is sent to you for your approval before invitations are printed.

It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER to verify that all information is correct. This includes dates, time, content, spelling, etc. Approvals given as verbal, written or by email indicates that you agree that all content is correct.

Colors vary from monitor to monitor, so it is impossible for me to guarantee the exact color you see on your screen.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) What does “digital" or “print myself” mean?
You receive an invitation via email as a high resolution jpg that can download and email or print. The invitations is created by our shop and sent to you via email. 

2) Are the invitations editable?
We do not sell editable invitations. We create the image and email it to you ready to print. The invitations can not be edited by the customer.

3) Can the hair color be changed?
Yes, for invitations that include a graphic of a child or character the hair color can be changed. If the hair color you would like is different then the sample please make a note of that change when you leave the event information.

4) Can I change the wording?
Yes, the wording is only a sample. If you require different wording please make a note of the wording you would like when you leave the event information. 

5) Can I see a preview of my invitation before ordering? 
We create invitations only after purchase. Since the price of the invitation includes the time it takes to create it we do not create proofs before purchase. Once you receive the invitation and review it we can make any changes you need.

6) What if I need changes to the invitation once it is emailed to me?
We will make any changes you need once you have reviewed the invitation and email the image back to you.

7) Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of the digital files and printed invitations refunds are not offered. 

8) Do Invitations that show glitter in the design print with real glitter?
No, invitations do not print with real glitter. It is a design that mimics the look of glitter when printed.
