My son loved this for his new house. Looks as described, although the font used ( did not pick font, its how it came) made one of the names appear wrong. The name on it was TESSA and the font used, kind of makes it look like it says JESSA. It's cursive, so I know that happens sometimes... Just had to explain to my son that I indeed had put TESSA.
