Beautiful black opal 925 sterling silver engagement ring made with a AAAA rare quality grade oval faceted 8x6mm natural black fire opal gemstone.
Alternatively a AAA quality grade black opal is also available featuring mixed colors and beautiful play of color in slightly darker or less red colored fire.
Both options are excellent: rare opal has just an exceptional brightness and/or unusually high amount of red colored fire in the opal.

The opal has extremely vibrant play of color, so it is consistent with very high or even rare quality grade due to the vibrant red colored fire which is the most sought after color in a black opal. The fire is very bright and crisp and is visible under any lighting conditions.

The opal is set into a classic accented engagement ring setting designed with a unique touch of floral influence added to the side stones little side settings that hold them in place.

The accent stones are genuine white topaz 2 mm round gemstones.

The opals I use in my line of jewelry are very beautiful and colorful and hard to find and therefore they require a unique setting to highlight their splendor and together create an exquisite piece of jewelry featuring one of a kind design, which is a part of my own jewelry collection and my esthetic vision.

▪️I put as much time, effort and care into creating each made to order piece of jewelry as is necessary to bring it to the achievable perfection. Almost every item is made only to order, unless indicated otherwise, and it usually takes 1-2 weeks to fulfill most orders;
▪️MAXIMUM processing time is set for 4 weeks due to occasional circumstances that are out of my control;
▪️I don’t have solid gold inventory, so I have to have extra time for ordering settings for ALL solid gold orders, so min processing time is 2 weeks for solid gold jewelry;
▪️I work entirely alone, so if I am not available for any reason such as health or other obligations, there’s nobody else who can replace me;
▪️I do accept URGENT ORDERS, which I can make in a short time, but you have to leave a note for me with the DEADLINE when you need your item to arrive; many items are eligible for expedited shipping;

▪️The materials used in creating my jewelry are ONLY genuine top quality Ethiopian Welo Fire Opal of AAA quality grade or higher, high quality genuine moissanite of VVS or higher clarity and authentic precious metals: solid 925 Sterling silver, 10k or 14k yellow, rose and white gold.
▪️ All opals are NATURAL, EARTH MINED, SOLID AND ETHICALLY SOURCED;
I NEVER use doublets/triplets opals, artificially enhanced, lab created, or man made opals; authentication is available upon request;
▪️I prefer to use higher quality 925 sterling silver settings made with rhodium or white gold plated finish. This is a newer industry standard which allows to manufacture solid 925 sterling silver jewelry which is greatly resistant to tarnish with improved durability and appearance that features highly polished smooth surface and requires minimum maintenance care. I will continue to offer plain silver settings until they are completely sold out to be replaced with the high end silver settings that I purchase from very reliable professional supplier I’ve worked with for years.

But this gemstone has certain features that make it very hard or impossible to objectively represent them via photos and videos with a degree of absolute precision. ▪️Even making a video does not provide a solution to this problem, because of the exposure related artifacts that either dampen all colors and the opal’s natural vibrancy or exaggerate these qualities in other cases. This happens whenever camera settings cannot readjust fast enough to capture fast changes in color brightness that inevitably result from continuous movement. This particularly affects white opals of the highest quality grade that look overexposed and colorless: they only show bright white color with little to no visible colors or glow - nothing can be more different from what you will see in real life;
