Customers are responsible for all costs on return shipping.
I cannot return or exchange wreaths due to the expense of return shipping to my customers. Please contact me directly for extenuating circumstances, I will discuss on a case by case basis.
If your item(s) arrived damaged due to the shipping process please contact me directly for options. I will work with you to rectify the situation.
Refunds, returns, and/or exchanges will not be processed after 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items upon receiving them.
