In order to preserve jewelry with a layer of plating (either on stainless steel or sterling silver 925), we suggest you to: - Avoid all contact with water, perfume, body lotion or sweat - Avoid wearing them while doing exercise & sleep If you don't, the layer of plating will fade way faster.

★ How do I know my order is shipped?

When you receive a shipping notification, your order has been mailed here in the Netherlands. All mail will be picked up on business days before 5 o'clock (CET). The estimated shipping times that are stated in the policies are the estimates stated by the postal service (PostNL/Deutsche Post) here for the Standard Shipping service. Unfortunately the mail can't be controlled when it left the country, therefore the estimate is no guarantee. In some cases it can take twice the estimate. If you haven't received your package after 5 weeks after shipping, please contact us. Your item might be lost and we'll find a solution!

★ Why is there no tracking number?

Standard Shipping is a non tracked service by either our federal shipping company PostNL or Deutsche Post.
