Despite what a seller may say, no piece of jewelry is absolutely tarnish resistant! 

Our jewelry is only tarnish resistant if you keep it dry and clean. Please follow these steps:

- Take jewelry off when washing your hands or bathing
- Remove all jewelry before exercising
- Do not wear jewelry into pools or saunas
- Remove jewelry before long periods in the sun or exposure to heat 
- Remove jewelry before going to sleep
- Keep jewelry stored in an airtight container or jewelry box when not being worn
- Clean jewelry with a microfiber cloth often (or a dry cloth)

Our jewelry is mostly plated, which keeps the cost down for you! We do have some sterling silver, rose gold, and gold pieces in our shop.

We can ship directly to your recipient! Just include THEIR shipping address at check out.

A gift message is a small note we include in your order if you are shipping directly to your recipient! If you would like a personalized message printed on the actual jewelry card, please send us a message before you check out :)

We care about your order, but also the environment! We may reuse packaging and shipping material when shipping your order. We want your order to be undamaged, so we may repurpose some bubble wrap or air bubbles :)

We also use partially recycled paper for our cardstock, so there may be a small 'blemish' on the paper due to its recycled nature.

We do bundle shipping! This means if you order multiple items, they will all arrive in one package, saving you some of the shipping cost. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the overall package. We can also ship directly to your bridal party members: Just place one order per recipient, and it will arrive right at their door!

Please make sure your order is shipped to the correct, current address. If shipped to the wrong address, the buyer responsible for retrieving the item or placing another order. We are a small business that cannot cover such costs. If the item is 'returned to sender' you will receive a full refund.

Etsy offers an estimate of shipping costs. If the cost the buyer pays in more than the actual shipping cost, we will reimburse you the difference!

If you are ordering multiple items (especially from the same listing), it is easiest to add one type (i.e. 'bridesmaids') to your cart first. Then, go back to the original listing and add the other items (i.e. 'maid of honor'). Or, you can add all of one title (i.e. ' 6 bridesmaids'); then, let us know the exact details in the box when you checkout (i.e. 4 bridesmaids and 2 maids of honor).

We want to save you from placing multiple orders and shipping costs! If you are confused or need some help, simply send us a message and we can help you out.

Because of so many online orders the Post Office is processing during this holiday/pandemic time, PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS! We are shipping orders as fast as we can on our end (0-5 business days), but we unfortunately have no control over orders once USPS has them in possession.

No delivery dates are guaranteed except Priority Express, US domestic; if you need your order by a certain, soon date, we recommend upgrading to Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail. First-Class generally arrives in 2-9 business days. Returns will subtract shipping (if you received free shipping on your initial purchase).

International shipping generally takes 2-30 days to arrive. During the holidays and pandemic, orders may take up to one month to arrive.

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for the wrong size. All of our items are made uniquely for you, and a size that does not fit cannot be resold. We offer size charts on corresponding product pages. Please make sure to check measurements before ordering. If you decide you would like to purchase a new size, we'd love to work on another custom order for you!
