This spread is homemade from rhubarb grown here on Beddington Ridge Farm. It's a low sugar spread, allowing the flavor of homegrown Maine rhubarb to shine through. You'll find bits of rhubarb in the jam. Delicious on breads or stirred into hot cereal. It's a favorite of those who enjoy the tartness of rhubarb. The jar is one half pint, or 8 fluid ounces.

Fantastic!!! I love rhubarb and this tastes like rhubarb! So may others are full of sugar and pectin and you can barely taste the rhubarb. I love that it’s more like a compote than a jelly. I bought 3 others from different sellers on Etsy but will only ever buy this one again!!!! It is the most natural looking one in the front of the photo (most brown and loose)

Amazing flavor! Perfect balance of tart and slightly sweet. We can’t even find frozen rhubarb here in Florida to make strawberry rhubarb pie. But we were able to make the best pie ever with a pint of fresh strawberries and 2 jars of this yummy rhubarb jam...the whole family loved it!

It's very rare when I find a product so great. Well, the Beddington rhubarb spread is exactly that. It has low sugar content which allows to actually taste the rhubarb! It is by far the best I have ever had. Very highly recommend! (really nice people as well!)
