Ok, so I made this ring and fell in love with it. So if no one buys it in the next few weeks...Merry Christmas to me!

Seriously, I really like the way this piece came together. The foundation is a round pyrite stone, measuring 25mm across its widest point. Pyrite, sometimes known as "fool's gold," gets its nickname from the golden flakes layered throughout the stone. This piece has the weathered look of mercury glass, with an earthy olive body color and dark gold flakes all over it. At the top is a silver-toned button with a medieval-looking crusader's cross emblem. The button has been given a rustic finish, completing the look of a timeworn heirloom piece.

The ring has a wide, nickel-free silver-plated band that adjusts at the top, under the stone, for a super-comfortable fit.

Thanks for looking and have a great day!
