Made from FSC sustainably sourced architectural bamboo. All of our pieces are hand finished and truly unique with natural variances and inclusions. The engraved area will show a natural variation in color and tone.

While Etsy doesn’t have the ability to show you a preview of your personalization when checking out, if you message us before checking out we can get you a proof.

Please note that due to the high volume of orders we get, proofs can only be provided if you message us before checking out. Once you checkout, we are unable to get you a proof. So if you would like a proof, do not place an order and contact us first.

***We do not engrave profanity, suggestive material, or religious iconography onto any of our pieces.

Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.

We will gladly reship packages that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time. The customer is also responsible for additional shipping costs when packages are returned to us because of invalid addresses, failed deliveries, shipping issues, etc.

We have a very quick turnaround time! All orders are usually made up within 1-2 days, then shipped with either UPS Expedited Mail Innovations for our leather products or UPS SurePost for our boards.

We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, if there are shipping delays or other unforeseen delays on your order we do not complimentarily upgrade your shipping speed.

Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product.

All orders are made and shipped within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada may experience delays due to customs. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any other international charges.

Delayed or lost packages are outside of our control. UPS does not consider an international package lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update. Only once that happens are we able to file a claim. We will then work with UPS to either refund or replace your order.

If they choose to reject our claim, we apologize for the inconvenience. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail.

Our items are laser engraved; we don't use any ink in the engraving process. Each piece will engrave differently as the laser passes over it. Some leather pieces leave more char (soot) and some pieces of leather engrave with less black char. Our wood products will also vary in engravings as they are a natural material. Some engravings will be lighter than others.

As this was a gift sent straight to the recipient, I did not personally see the final product BUT my daughter-in-law absolutely excitedly LOVED IT. Once i chose the size and type of wood, the process of choosing an engraving was super easy. I had a custom logo and not one offered in the choices and it was very smooth. The seller messaged often to keep me updated on the process. Shipping was pretty quick, despite national shipping issues & delays. If i can get a photo of her tray, I'll update my review. :)
