Pretty, classic, stylish tone-on-tone cream with a lovely border of overlapping flowers. This runner has a wonderful rustic appearance due to the nature of natural hand felted wool. You will find some grey and brown natural fibers in the depths of the cream that give it a more nuanced appearance than a stark white. Special in every way.

This is an aweful looking thick thick wool runner. The flowers are all bent- it would take hours to smooth them out. Some of the flowers are falling off and there are empty patches. Not made well nor should be used as a runner

I am so sorry you do not like the runner. Hand-felted wool felt is indeed thicker and more rustic than machine-made felt, which is smoother and thinner. Some steaming will definitely create a flatter look, as shown in the image. Flowers falling off, though, is not something normal. We will gladly replace your runner or refund your purchase.
