100% Natural Silk Indigenous to Madagascar. Soft hand to the touch. Fair trade involved. Often called Malagasy silks, these scarves are culturally some of the most significant textiles in the world. May be worn, used as wall art, table runners, and more!! On display in the Smithsonian. In the native language, they are called lambas. Handcrafted from cocoon to finished product, there is no electricity or running water in the village. Natural dyes and carefully selected synthetic dyes. Four inch fringe on each end. Dry clean.
