A lot of my jewelry is made with silver plated and gold plated solid brass or other metal. It will tarnish or darken over time because the silver reacts with oxygen in the air. This is perfectly normal, but you can remove any marks by gently polishing the metal with a soft dry cloth.   
Please store necklaces by suspending them to avoid kinks or bends in the wire.

Many of my items are made with glass beads, so they can break or chip if dropped onto a hard surface.
