We love doing custom work. It challenges us in new ways, and brings us that which you really want and can't find anywhere else. To start a custom order, message us! It's that simple. If we can do it we will provide you with a quote and a timeframe for your approval.
Many of our items, especially those wedding related items are available in bulk. If you are a business and you are interested in wholesaling us we would love to hear from you!
Typical pre-shipping processing times:
Decals/Mugs/Glassware/Tumblers: Ship 1-3 Business days
Everything else: 3-5 business days processing while we handcraft your order.

All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. We cannot be responsible for wrong addresses that are provided to us. Please make sure to check your address and update it as needed. We use Etsy to print our shipping labels, and it prints what is provided by the customer.

Most of our packages shop out priority mail 1-3 Day shipping.

Mason jars come in two different sizes. If you don't see the size or color you would like, message us and we would be happy to send you the link or make you something custom.

Our mugs are all 14oz mugs.

If you are looking for specific details about any of our products and do not see it listed, please message us and we will respond promptly! Your satisfaction is important to us.
Mason Jars:

All of our mason Jars are sealed for protection but are not dishwasher safe. Please clean with damp cloth, or dust when appropriate.

Mugs and Glassware:

To protect your purchase please do not put in dishwasher as it may distort the vinyl. Handwashing is the best way to protect your purchase.
1. Ensure that your surface is clean and dry. Prep with alcohol swab. Wait for it to dry completely.
2. Place decal and transfer sheet on solid surface and rub firmly with fingers. For best results rub with a credit card or squeegee in flat firm motions over the transfer sheet.
3. Carefully remove paper backing. If decal sticks to backing, carefully replace and repeat step 2.
4. Lower transfer tape with decal carefully onto desired surface into the desired position. Smooth out with fingers/credit card in up and down motion, removing bubbles.
5. Carefully peel back transfer tape at an angle. If decal sticks to sheet, replace and repeat step 4 as needed.
Tiny air bubbles will disappear over time, larger bubbles can be popped with a pin and pressed flat. We use high quality outdoor grade vinyl so that you can get excellent use out of your purchase, however cleaning products and high use/ wear and tear can reduce lifespan. Vinyl is not made to be put in the microwave or dishwasher.

As Decals are not installed by Cute Crafts Company, we are not responsible for any damage to the decal, or the item on which it is being installed. Instructions and tools for installation are included with all purchases.

For convenience, we include a coupon code with all orders to allow repurchase in case of these events. We do not offer returns on decals.
