Processing and/or Shipping Times can vary depending on the item being ordered. Each listing has Ordering Information included for its particular processing/shipping times.

As a general rule of thumb, orders are processed (sent to print) Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays. Printing normally takes between 1 - 5 days depending on the item and the time of year (the closer to a major holiday, the longer printing can take). Your item will ship on a business day (Monday - Friday) unless, of course, it's a holiday on which carriers are closed.

Please remember to consider transit time, from when your package is picked up by the carrier to actual delivery. I have absolutely no control over the package once it is in the carrier's hands.
I want you to be happy with the service you receive from me and with your purchase. Please read the following PRIOR to placing your order:

 Every item is made to order. I do not carry stock of any merchandise. I allow the first 24 hours after you place your order as a "grace period" in which you may cancel for any reason and receive a refund.

YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR PURCHASE. Once the 24 hour period has passed, I have sent your order to print and it can not / will not be cancelled or refunded. 
The following issues would be MY Responsibility - none of these things have ever happened yet, but I am allowing for human error and will absolutely take care of any of these 3 issues for you:

1.) Wrong Size or Style (it is not the size or style you ORDERED)

2.) Faulty Product (the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect) 

3.) Faulty Printing (an image is clearly crooked or off-center)

The following issues would be YOUR Responsibility:

1.) You Ordered the Wrong Size and the item doesn't fit. 

2.) Incorrectly Provided Address - If you have moved since setting up your Etsy account, please be sure to check that your address has been updated!
