Holds/Reserves/Layaway
We do offer the ability to make payments on items in installments. In order to put any item(s) on hold/layaway/reserve you must put up an initial payment. Each payment varies depending on the item(s) price. Please send us a convo if you'd like to know more or have an item in mind.
Items must be paid on agreed dates set, failure to do may result in a cancellation of the binding agreement, There will be no returns for partially paid for items as there is a missed opportunity for the sale of the item once it has been reserved. Please be prompt and courteous with your layaway agreement.

Returns and exchange details

You may return your item postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail for a full refund minus shipping costs. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. You must email us first to notify us of the return and provide us with the proper tracking number.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS include items that are on sale, that have been given a coupon code or discount for. All these items are final sale. Items must come back in the same condition they were sent out. They will not be returned if additional holes/tears or stains are on the items.

Orders are processed in one standard business day Monday through Saturday excluding federal holidays. All orders include delivery confirmation. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time from the time it leaves our location and is generally very fast.

SHIPPING | International
For international purchases, we ship via USPS First Class Airmail. First class airmail typically arrives in 2-3 weeks. First Class Airmail does not include tracking of your package, but does provide a low-cost alternative for shipping internationally.

If you would like priority mail or express mail please contact us for an additional shipping fee. Priority mail also comes in 1-2 weeks, but includes tracking. Express mail arrives within 5 days from leaving our warehouse, and includes both tracking and signature confirmation.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer and that custom's authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
