This detailed, hand-drawn garden scene was strongly inspired by the henna / menhdi art tradition. The rounded earth, broken down into several layers, stands strong beneath a wide range of flowers and swirls. Originally drawn in black and white, this version has been digitally colored in with rich blues, greens, and teals.

This composition is printed on Canson's 140-pound art paper using Epson high-definition Claria archival ink, which is smudge-proof, water-proof and fade-proof, and proven to last over 98 years when displayed properly. The page measures 11" wide by 8.5" tall (27.94cm x 21.59 cm) and the image itself measures 10" wide x 8" tall (25.4 cm x 20.3 cm), which leaves a small white border for framing.

Will come signed and dated, without watermark.
