This is a 32-page (28 interior, 4 cover), perfect bound, illustrated "travelogue." It is a wistful, lovely, sensitive, and uplifting tour of about fifteen coffeeshops in North Seattle and Capitol Hill. It pairs on-location copic marker illustrations with introspective essays, and celebrates freelance life, café dwelling, everyday beauty, friendship, and growing up.
FOR HERE is a soft memoir that reflects on an artist's first year in a new city through the lens of local cafés.
The book's dimensions are 6.625" x 10.25" like a golden age comic book, on the thickest paper available through a domestic printer. Though the pictured proof is stapled, the final book is "perfect bound" like a traditional paperback. This title was released on October 27, 2018.
The interior pages and cover are silk coated, halfway between matte and gloss for the ultimate color vibrancy and print quality.
(The book pictured is an uncorrected proof, though it's similar to the final. The cover image, cover stock, and binding were improved for the final print.)

Quick delivery! A cozy read and love the illustrations that accompanied her narrative in this book. Brings forth nostalgic feelings of my own adventures around the neighborhoods of Seattle.
