I had ordered this umbrella in June and when it arrived, much to my surprise, didn't look anything like what i had ordered. I reached out to the seller and he promised to make it right and it has been a month now and even after sending many messages there is no communication from him at all. The seller is unreachable and doesn't respond to any messages. Very disappointed!!!

My sunbrella just arrived and it is beautiful! It’s a work of art that is unique and exotic for this area of the US. The seller is very easy to work with as I was a little nervous about purchasing something from the other end of the world. I will order from this seller again when I need another.
