Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the item(s) you've received. I will accept refunds or exchanges up to 3 weeks from date of purchase (sometimes longer in certain cases). Some items are not always guaranteed refundable. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of product.

US SHIPPING-

Smaller items shipped to the U.S. will go through 'Light Packet Air' service via Canada Post. This can take from 4-10 business days, if no hold up at the border.

Larger items shipped to the U.S. will go as 'Small Packet USA Air' via Canada post and can take up to 5-8 business days, if no hold ups.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

Smaller items shipped internationally will go by air through 'Light Packet' and can take 7 business days (sometimes longer) via Canada Post.

There will be an added charge for larger items shipped internationally. These items will go through 'Small Packet International Air' and can take from 6 to 10 business days (sometimes longer) via Canada Post.

CANADA SHIPPING-

Smaller items being shipped across Canada will go as an oversized document and can take up to 10 business days via Canada Post.

Larger items being shipped across Canada will go as 'Regular Parcel' and can take up to 10 business days via Canada Post.


If you haven't received your item(s) by the time allotted, I like to wait at least a month for all Canada, U.S. and international shipping. Unfortunately Canada can have extremely slow shipping to anywhere. Sometimes you'll receive your item quickly and sometimes it may take longer.

If you're requiring coverage, tracking or faster shipping please contact me and I will work out the extra cost. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
