HOW IT WORKS (UNFRAMED POSTER)

▶︎ You get to customize the text/quote, date/time, and exact location. It can be a city/town or exact location within the city and we’ll plot the night sky and list the actual coordinates.

▶︎ We use star charts and the same software that planetariums use, to render the exact night sky on the date in the past you choose. (See our FAQs below for more details)

▶︎ We send you a proof within 48 hours so you can make sure your personalized information is correct. We need your approval of the design before we will send it to be printed. Check your email's spam folder if you haven't seen the message.

▶︎ Your custom design is printed on 10 mil thick Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper. We offer 8x10", 12x16", 16x20" and 18x24" prints that come rolled in a tube ready to be framed.

(Please note that the tones, colors, and brightness of the night sky image will appear less vibrant in print than what you see on your screen, as is the case with any digital vs printed image).

▶︎ We create your design within 48 hours of your order, then our estimated production time is 2-3 business days for it to be printed and processed (please note that holidays can add 1-2 days to production times), and our shipping times vary depending on where you live (see below).

HOW TO ORDER

Send us your star map information in the "Personalization" box on the listing page before you add the product to your cart. (If you can't see the Personalization box enter your info in the "Add a Note" box on the checkout page)

▶︎ The quote/message/child’s name etc
▶︎ The location (city or exact address)
▶︎ The date (we use 11pm local time by default unless you choose a custom time)
▶︎ The font (see listing photo )
▶︎ The constellations (with or without constellation lines )

Your text will be centred below the night sky image, on separate lines. Please ensure it is 100% correct, as we cannot provide returns or refunds on these kinds of personalized items.
