Frequently asked questions about FreshRetroGallery

I can’t split a pair that comes as a single order quantity. If you want to me to send to two locations, please order one set for each address; use a separate order for each so you may set up the proper shipping address in each order.

Or, I can send one set to you for you to split, re-package and re-send to two different locations. Mailing tubes are available at most USPS offices and stores which sell office and shipping supplies.
Your order will be sent by USPS the least expensive way possible. Standard shipping and handling prices are low because optional services are not automatically included unless you choose to add them.

Insurance plus signature confirmation add-on is available for one flat rate here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/228648397/insurance-and-signature-confirmation-add?ref=shop_home_active_1

You will be required to sign for delivery when you add this option, a combination of signature confirmation and parcel insurance provided by U-PIC Insurance Services on behalf of DYMO Endicia. If you want this, please add it to your cart before you place your order.

For other special arrangements or questions, please contact me prior to placing your order.
I'll get back to you as soon as possible; usually within a couple hours, 7 days a week. If I’m not available the same day, you can expect a reply within 2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING on Family Tree Charts and Family Tree Notebooks is a deal available only when you contact me to request a “custom listing”. I’ll send you a special link to order from. Minimum is 5/10 in USA and International minimum is 6/12. Please request this before ordering because the offer is not available with a standard listing where shipping is automatically added. Thank you for purchasing large quantities for:
• wholesale-to-resell-retail gift shops or boutiques
• personal gifts, reunions or party favors
• genealogical groups or societies
Orders received before 7 am CT/CDT I usually process the same day M-F. You can expect an email and your invoice to be marked “shipped” with tracking info on the day it is sent.

Shipping transport time estimates are First Class via USPS. Note: heavier items and media often require a few more days than the shipping time estimates you see listed. 8-week delays in the USA can happen—we don’t know why. Estimates are not guaranteed unless you chose Express Mail shipping upgrade (available for select items); if you do not see the option, please contact me BEFORE ordering. I can let you know the cost and set it up upon your request.

Please double check the shipping address—it has taken 14–32 weeks for undeliverable packages to be returned to me.
Multiple quantities of the same item will arrive together in the same package.

Multiple items which don’t fit well together are sent in separate packages and may not always arrive on the same day.

Special combined-shipping price in the event that multiple items are purchased at the same time will automatically be calculated in the shopping cart.

Shipping includes postage, packaging and handling. I reuse boxes and packaging materials as much as possible.

Please contact me before you order if you have questions.
Standard First Class International Mail used for light packages such as Family Tree Charts normally takes 6–10 days to most locations worldwide after the 1- or 2-day processing “shipped date”. Heavier packages normally take 1–3 weeks, however, some may be delayed as long as 10 weeks. These delays do not happen often, but it can happen. The reason(s) for delays which can occur in United States and International Postal Service is unknown. Some delays may be due to customs legislation where your package may be opened for inspection. Shipping upgrade to Express Mail International service for a set of family trees takes 3–5 days to most destinations after the 1- or 2-day processing “shipped date”.
Yes! Please use the gift recipient’s shipping address for accurate delivery.

You may leave a note for me when you check out to specifically request special gift tag arrangements—I will be happy to add your personal note and names on the tag for gifts being drop-shipped.

I don’t include detailed price information in any package I send; however, International orders require the US dollar price on the outside of the package on the Customs label.
