Shipping limitations - International, Alaska and Hawaii

We don't ship to International locations. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will to reviewed due to the increased cost to ship to those locations. The customer will be contacted, if the shipping profile doesn't cover our increased cost.

We cannot be responsible for changes in shipping addresses after the order was entered. We will make every attempt, but Etsy's conversation system does not link to the existing orders. We will probably not be able to redirect your order. Therefore, we will not be responsible for delays in shipment, or any increase in cost that is incurred due to redirecting the shipment.

The Personality of Our Wood

The lumber we use is solid pine, sourced from an FSC certified supplier. Being a natural product each piece of wood has it's own personality. Some boards accept stain more readily than others. Some boards have more aggressive growth rings than others. Some have more knots than others. And some stain lots will vary from others. Please be aware that there will be variations from one board to another in your order and your order may differ slightly from the listing photo. We don't "distress" our wood but rather we use rustic wood instead. It isn't fine furniture. It's designed to add warmth and have character. It is beautiful!

Custom and personalized orders

We have built hundreds of custom orders for our clients since our inception in 2017. We welcome customizations to our existing products and ideas that you have for a perfect product made for your space. Just send us a message and we are welcome to help!

Matching existing furniture

If you want to try and match something already in your house, please send us a picture. We are great at looking at a picture and matching our stain to it. With our knowledge of wood and stain this works much better than you looking at listing samples and guessing at what is closest.

If your order arrives damaged, first please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the item(s) and box. This really helps us when making an insurance claim. We will replace any damaged or lost parts of your order. We may ask that you keep the box while we file an insurance claim as there may be an inspection or more evidence could be requested by the insurance company. All orders are covered with shipping insurance.

We use oil based stains. A premium furniture polish applied to condition the rustic wood occasionally with keep the wood conditioned. This will help maintain the flat matte finish as well as discourage warping of the rustic wood. We don't apply poly to our shelves. We feel that it doesn't add to the rustic modern look. In fact, it distracts from the decor vibe. The warmth of the rustic wood is enhanced by the matte finish

Absolutely love it. I recently added this shelf to my basement bar, and it’s perfect! The craftsmanship is top-notch—solid, sturdy, and beautifully finished. It holds everything I need, from glasses to bottles, and really elevates the space. Installation took a bit of time because it has a lot of pieces but totally worth it and the design complements the decor flawlessly. A great addition to any home bar setup!
