I do not offer customized/personalized items. I can include personalized messages with your order though.

If your purchase is late, I take no responsibility as long as I shipped it within the time frame listed. You will need to contact your postal office on any late or lost items. I cannot control packages once they have left my hands.

If your order is being sent back to me, I will send it back out to you, however you will have to pay for shipping again.

All sales are final.
My shop does not accept exchanges or returns. Due to the nature of some of my items (bedding/pillowcases) I would be unable to resell them for health reasons.

A return will only be accepted if I sent the incorrect item.

If you have purchased and item and it is broken you need to contact me with photo evidence and within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

If it's a refund you'd like, I can refund the item cost but not the shipping cost. If you would like the item replaced I can send another item but you will need to pay for additional shipping.

All cloth items such as body pillows or eye cloths can be machine washed. I recommend washing on cold to prevent colors running but all settings should be fine.

I am available for whole sale. Please message me for more details, however I only deal in whole sale orders for resale. I do not offer discounts on my items for normal purchasing.
