Returns are not accepted, please review description and photos of each item and ask any questions before making your purchase.

I do accept exchanges on stock items, but the item must be sent back within 7 days after item is delivered. Item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent. Buyer pays shipping & tracking costs.

Final Sale for the following items (NOT exchangeable) - candles, sprays, bath salts, ect made to order, one of a kind (if the listing states - you will receive the item that is photographed), All earrings, and custom orders.

If a wire and clasp bracelet does not fit I'm happy to adjust it for you, there will be a slight fee, since these are custom made bracelets and I will take it apart and remake it.

If item shows signs of wear or damage then exchange is up to our discretion.

Damage that occurs during shipping will not be reimbursed. We make an effort to wrap our jewelry in protective layers or boxes to make sure they get to you in perfect shape.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. International first class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country and if your package is held up in customs.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control. Please inquire about insurance if you are worried about this.

If an item is undeliverable, lost, or stalled. Please try calling the post office to see if there is a way for them to try redelivering . confirming where the package is, or if you can arrange to pick it up from the local post office.

Size guide for bracelets: With a piece of string or tape, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone or where you intend to wear the bracelet. Now add between 1/2 to 1 inch for a tight or loose wear.
Please note sizes are approximated due to the size beads variations.

Handmade Jewelry is more fragile than industrially made items, therefore it needs to be handled with care and consideration.

FAQs

Bracelet sizes: Some pieces appear larger in photos than actual size. Please note that jewelry lengths include the clasp.
Average woman's size is 7" and average male size 8". If unsure, please measure your wrist with a string and a ruler OR with a measuring tape. Take that number and add about 0.5 - 1 inch for a perfect, comfortable fit. (Not tight, not too loose). or If you are still unsure of what size to order, please include your wrist size and whether you prefer a loose, regular, or tight fit to the order notes, and I will size accordingly.
