I utilize USPS Priority Shipping for all mugs, which usually provides delivery within 2-3 days after processing. I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left my hands.

Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly during checkout to avoid any potential delays.

Delivery times will be longer during adverse weather conditions and in the weeks leading up to busy holiday periods.

Please keep these things in mind when placing time sensitive orders.

I offer Priority Mail Express shipping, which provides guaranteed 1-2 day delivery.

Please message me ASAP so that I can get another one in the mail for you right away. We will call those broken ones nice new pen holders or makeup brush holders, compliments of USPS.

These mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Custom and personalized orders are definitely an option - just send me a message and we can get to work! :)

Processing on these orders is usually 2 days as I will send proofs for your approval. Please bear in mind that there are no refunds or returns on custom orders.

I do offer gift wrapping and packaging that will be perfect for any occasion!
