It’s so pretty and the customer service is great! Backstory: I wanted a pipe just like my old one but without the designs (see pipe on the left in the picture). In order words, a small, simple, silver flumed pipe with a white opalescent effect. I saw that this shop sold an silver flumed pipe but it looked a little yellow, so I messaged the shop to confirm it would look as I desired. They promptly answered me that the opalescent “patina” should develop with use so I went ahead and ordered it. It’s exactly what I wanted! (See pipe on right of image). This is how it looked prior to use and it has indeed continued to “patina” now that I’ve tested it a few times. The angles are perfect for getting a thorough cleaning with a bottle brush. If you’re in the market for a chic sleek pipe I highly recommend!

These are my favorite straws and they work great in both glasses and cups at home to inside my tumblers! A friend visited and she fell in love with them as well, so naturally I had to send her and her family some. Thank you for all of your help with her order!! Preparing to order some more now for myself :)

Amazing customer service and perfect straws! My order was a little delayed, which was no problem, but when I got my package today, there were extra straws to make up for it! It was super thoughtful and I’m about to order even more. I got a small size to fit some short cups and they are perfect!
