Description

This advent calendar is the perfect holiday accessory to countdown the 25 days of Christmas with treats. It even lights up! This wooden calendar makes a great Christmas gift for your child or grandchildren. It looks great anywhere you display it!

The calendar is made of birch plywood. It measures approximately 11 inches (27.5 cm) high by 9 inches (22.5 cm)) wide by 2.5 inches (6.25 cm). The drawers measure 2.25 inches (5.5 cm) long x 1.25 inches high (3 cm) x 1 inch wide (2.5 cm). It comes with a battery powered tea light to light it up. It is hand painted with acrylic paints and decorated with ribbon. Small candies or toys fit in the drawers. It comes fully assembled. (Treats/toys not included).

The buyer is responsible for all VAT, taxes and duties. Generally, items shipped to Canada or the USA will not be subject to duties or taxes as long as the shipment is under a value of $300 USD.

If the buyer provides the incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible. The item will be reshipped only when the item has been received back from the shipping company and the buyer is responsible for paying the cost to re-ship the item.

Returns and exchange details

We ALWAYS strive to provide excellent products and great customer service. If you receive a product that is not satisfactory, we want to know about it! We will do whatever it takes to make the situation right!

CUSTOM ORDERS: All customization MUST be written in the notes to StudioSmiley when an item is purchased. If the customization is not noted in the notes during checkout and the item is delivered without the desired customization, no refund will be issued.

DAMAGED ITEM: If an item arrives damaged, please provide a picture of the damaged item, a close up of the shipping label and the box it arrived in. We will need these pictures as soon as possible to file a claim with the postal service it was sent by. Notification of damage needs to be communicated to StudioSmiley no more than 48 hours after the shipping provider has marked it delivered or no action will be taken by StudioSmiley. Once learning of the issue AND receiving the pictures we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and a refund will be issued once it is received, or a new product will be shipped in its place 1-3 days after we receive the item.

*No refunds will be provided unless these procedures are followed.

PACKAGES DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER HOLIDAY, BIRTHDAY, ETC. We are not responsible for shipping times or delays in shipping. As long as items are shipped within the window discussed through conversation or by the day designated in the listing, no refunds will be issued.

ITEM SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS: If the item was shipped to the wrong address because the wrong information was given to us or because the address in Etsy was not updated, no refunds will be given. However, we will do our best to try and assist in the product getting to the correct place.

**If an item was shipped to the wrong address because of our error, we will ship out a new item to the correct address, or pay additional shipping charges.

IF an item is LOST IN TRANSIT, we will do our best to rectify the situation, but solutions will be determined on a case by case basis. Issues may occur that we do not have control over (ex. delays in shipping, stolen item, etc.). If a package is missing but tracking information shows it was delivered, please contact your local post office. You can also check with a neighbor or other member in your household as well to see if the item was delivered.

REFUNDS: All refunds MUST be completed within 14 days from receipt of item (Damaged items must follow the 48 hour policy). Buyer must contact StudioSmiley within 3 days after the shipping provider has marked it delivered or no refunds will be given by StudioSmiley. Refunds may occur on a case by case basis. If the item is damaged, "damaged item" policies must be followed. The Item must be stored in a SMOKE FREE environment and returned in NEW UNUSED CONDITION within 14 days of delivery to qualify for refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note that refunds are not permitted personalized items, family trees, any item with names or dates, custom made to order items,, requests or changes from the original listing, requests for shorter or longer chains on items such as sweater clips and cardigan clips, needle felted ornaments, wood burning items that have been customized (i.e. with names dates or year), digital downloads or shipping costs once the item has been shipped. If the piece is not custom but the customer no longer wants the item, the piece can be returned for a *partial refund. A refund will not be issued UNTIL we receive the item undamaged.

My creations are intended for adults and collectors over 14 years old. They are not suitable for children to play with as will not stand up to vigorous play and they include small parts that could easily be swallowed.
