• Please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for your item to be created and mailed.
• Each pillow cover is entirely one of a kind.

HOW TO ORDER:
• Select your size preference and the number of words in your text from the drop down menu.
• In the “NOTES TO SELLER” section indicate the FLOSS COLOR you prefer for your piece.
• If you do not leave a floss color preference in the “NOTES TO SELLER” section during checkout, I will create your piece using charcoal gray floss.
• Send a clear photograph of the handwriting you would like embroidered via Etsy message after your purchase at https://www.etsy.com/conversations/new?with_id=8764125
• If your text is more than 15 words, message me and I will provide you with a quote and create a custom listing for your pillow cover.
MATERIALS AND MEASUREMENTS:
• Fabric is 100% linen.
• Thread and embroidery floss are 100% cotton.
• Fits either a 12 x 16” (shown), 18 x 18,” or a 16 x 26” pillow insert.
• Has an envelope closure.
• Fabric is the color of natural linen.
• Text is hand embroidered in charcoal gray floss.
OPTIONS:
• The original design is created with charcoal gray floss; however, I can use any color of DMC floss available.
• The DMC Embroidery Floss Color Card, with a list of colors and their corresponding numbers, is available at http://www.camelia.sk/dmc_1.htm.
• If you have an idea for a design or if you like a design in my shop but would like it altered, please contact me and we can begin discussing the potential for a custom order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
• Please note that shipping speeds are ESTIMATES and do not include the time it takes to create your item.
• All shipments include a tracking number and insurance.
• Each item is wrapped in white tissue and tied with twill for gifting.

• All embroidery is hand stitched making each design unique. Because each pillow is handcrafted, sizes and designs may differ slightly.
