Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs

All garments are measured lying flat and doubling in appropriate areas. It is best to compare to a similar garment you own, if possible. Any mentioned sizes are only suggestions. Please shop by measurements for a more accurate fit.
Items are made/stored in a home with cats. Most items are brought to outdoor events that may have smoking, dogs, nuts, etc. Although we cannot guarantee items have not come in contact with allergens, reach out to us before purchase to arrange to have items professionally cleaned then packaged outside of our home.
We are happy to do holds and/or payment plans on items that have been listed longer than one week. We initially hold items for 24 hours. Holds of $50+, multiple items, or lasting longer than 24 hours may require a non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your purchase total. Send us a convo and let's work something out.
We are happy to exchange any item for store credit as long as you contact us within 5 days of the item being delivered and ship within 7 days of the items being delivered. We are not responsible for return shipping.

We will refund items on a case by case basis. If there is major damage, large discrepancies in measurements (not sizing), or another extreme issue will we grant a full refund. If we decide to grant a refund for any /other/ reason, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. No refunds on deadstock, bodysuits, lingerie, hair accessories, or customized purchases. We are not responsible for return shipping.
Most vintage items can be washed and worn like normal in cold water. However, for the longevity of your garment, we suggest the following:

- handwash in cold water with a mild, unscented detergent
- air dry tees, blouses, and dresses by the hem
- air dry pants and skirts by the waistband
- carefully roll silk and most sweaters in a towel, lie flat, and air dry
- avoid fabric softener, but use diluted vinegar if desired
- steam items before wearing so they look fresh
- avoid driers unless necessary, they wear down your clothes
- only wash your clothes when they are truly dirty

Some items may vary from this, including leathers, some dry clean only items, heavily embellished pieces, etc. Feel free to ask us if you are not sure!
Some of the items in our store will arrive un-laundered. We try to wash what we can, but items that require hand washing or dry cleaning will likely arrive unwashed. Our home is on well water so product has to be washed elsewhere: the water is hard and causes staining and discoloration. We process way more vintage than is listed and it takes extra time to wash at the laundromat. Because of this, we cannot do any special cleaning before the items are sold. However, we will not knowingly sell anything that is extremely musty, smoky, or filthy. Please contact us if you need us to have the item professionally cleaned first - we will have it done and charge you at cost.
Due to recent trends, we have decided to include our domestic shipping costs into our items. If you are in the USA, our items will show as "free shipping" but consider this "shipping/handling included." International customers, if you are ordering 2 or more items, please contact us if you need an accurate quote before shipping. Otherwise, we will refund any possible overages, as our handling fees and some shipping credit is included in the price of the item. We have to do the shipping cost per individual item because we were eating large shipping costs when shipping overseas (for example, there is usually about an $8 increase from 8oz to 9oz). We will always ship your item(s) as affordably as possible.
