Returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of the items we sell, All sales are final. We do not accept returns. All of our jewelry is handmade, and the quality of our craftsmanship is exceptional. Items are accurately described, so please read what you are purchasing prior to doing so.. Thanks!

Shipping policies

Firstly, PLEASE make sure your address was correct in Etsy. I will use your Etsy shipping/address information when I am packaging and mailing. You can always send me a message (using the "CONTACT" button on my shop page) if your address is different from the registered one with Etsy, and if your purchase hasn't been mailed yet, I can make the adjustment. HOWEVER, if your item has already been shipped…we are NO LONGER responsible for your item. We cannot refund money due to a buyer error such as wrong address information on your Etsy account. AS SOON as you notice an error in your info, PLEASE message us asap, and we will do what we can to help. Thanks!

Orders will ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise specified. If you need your Order sooner, please communicate with us PRIOR to making a Purchase to confirm we can meet your needs.

Insurance is not included in the shipping costs. If you would like insurance added, please contact me and I will send you an adjusted invoice. Occasionally, an item will have to be made to order without prior notice. So, please notify us first, prior to purchase, if you're in a rush. We will do our best to accommodate you. Thanks!

Domestic shipments:
I ship all domestic packages USPS First Class Mail with Tracking Number. Tracking IS included in your shipping fee if item is being shipped to a location within the US. If you would like to add INSURANCE, please notify me at the time of payment in the "Message to Seller" box. If you would like Priority or Express mail, please contact me and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

International shipments:

I am happy to ship internationally. If your address is an international one, NO TRACKING is included in the listed shipping costs. If you would like TRACKING for your international package, please purchase the REGISTERED MAIL Add-On. (PLEASE NOTE: Registered Mail takes longer, as it gets held in Customs for longer than just a shipped package without Tracking. I don't know why, but please remember this when you are deciding whether or not to make your package Registered or not. However, this is the ONLY way international packages will have Tracking as per the USPS. You can find the links for shipping add-ons under the section SHIPPING along the left hand side of the shop. Extra Fees associated with tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Otherwise, INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS will receive their package via United States Postal Service FIrst Class Mail WITHOUT Delivery Confirmation and WITHOUT Tracking Number.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

International shipments takes up to 8-21 days for delivery depending on your location, but sometimes take a little longer due to weekend,holidays or uncontrolled condition. We cannot control the delivery time and post office does not have control over the delivery time. The speed of which you will receive your package is completely dependent on CUSTOMS. You will receive a Customs Declaration Form Number with your purchase. This is NOT a tracking number, but will be useful in case you need to find out more information about your package, and when you pick up your package if that is required in your Country. Our shop is not responsible for any taxes or vat fees charged to you by your Country. Please take this into consideration before making a purchase with us. Any questions are welcome, but please ask before buying.

The USPS is responsible for those packages sent via REGISTERED MAIL, or if the buyer has paid for INSURANCE. To prolong the longevity of your custom piece, we don't recommend wearing it in water.
Just Message us, and we'd be happy to rush your order to you without any extra charge. We will also ship Overnight or Priority, but you need to contact us to do so. Additional charges apply.
