FAQs

Yes I am happy to do custom orders. This can be a piece in your home that you want to restyle or a piece from my inventory I will even help you find a piece if its something you don't have.
This can vary depending on the finish, but typically a dry lint free cloth is best. A cloth damp with water may also be used with a drop of dish soap in necessary. I do not recommend any polishes that may contain silicone as this can cause adhesion problems in the future.
TBD
If it is an item which is in my store and available it will take 7-10 days to ship it out. If it is a custom piece you should allow 6 weeks depending on what the item is and its availability.
I take great care to package each piece as safely as possible, however if something arrives damaged please document the damage photographically and alert me of the claim within 24 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal and I will work with you to make it right.
No. Upcycled items may show signs of use over the years. In refurbishing these I make every effort to create a beautiful piece but minor imperfections may be present. I will discuss the piece with the buyer to make sure they are aware of any "character" marks and are satisfied before purchasing.
