Description

Here is our newest salve that people have been asking for for over two years! We have formulated a salve to meet the healing, soothing, and moisturizing needs of folks with problem eczema. We have combined five high quality oils as well as six high quality pure essential oils all known to help relieve and heal different eczema issues. It has been tested on people with both light and heavy problems, with great success. As with any all natural product, we cannot guarantee that it will work for you but our test subjects had great results. We hope you will too! We have packaged it in a lovely round clear glass heavy base jar that holds 2.0 ounces and measures 2.25" x 2.26 x 2.0 " It contains raw beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Avocado Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Organic Hemp Seed Oil, and pure Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Tea Tree,
White Thyme, Lavender, and Turmeric essential oils.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can see your tracking number here after your order is shipped:

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order and before your order ships, please send me a message with the correct shipping information. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. If your order is returned back to me, you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping to the correct address. All shipping labels are created via Etsy using the shipping address you provided when you placed your order. Please be sure to double check your address!
We suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by USPS error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.
All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information. You receive your tracking number when your item ships. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 3-5 business days, however this is an estimate and there can be times when there is a delay in the delivery of your package. Please be patient, as your package will arrive. If your package has not moved in over a week, please send me a message and I will contact USPS. I have no control over how quickly your item is delivered and cannot be held responsible if your item does not make it by a certain date or for a special occasion. No refunds or returns are allowed because of post office delays.
Any items damaged must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item. A new item will not be sent or refund given until a photo is received of the damaged item or original item is sent back to me (Send tracking number as proof of shipment back to me).
