Do you offer bulk discounts? I want to buy things for my whole family!

Yes, I offer discounts on bulk orders of the same type or same color of an item. So if you want to order multiple ornaments of the same color, same design for shirts for a whole family, or even multiple plushies, I will offer a discount and will create a custom listing just for you. Discounts will vary by listing and it never hurts to ask!

My item arrived damaged!

If for some unforeseen reason your item arrived damaged, please photograph the damage. I will either request the item be sent back for replacement or I will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you. I must be notified within a week of you receiving the item.

I misspelled someone's name or I gave you the wrong date!

Please ensure that names and dates are correct, it is a custom made item and I can not accept returns or issue a refund.

Do the decals go on all surfaces?

Vinyl decals will adhere to *most* flat, smooth surfaces, such as walls, windows, metal, glass, mirrors, etc. However, vinyl decals are NOT compatible with the following: -Medium to heavily textured walls (rough, grainy or bumpy are a no-go, unfortunately) -Brick, paneling, cement block, etc -Many of the newer no and low VOC paints that are becoming popular I cannot guarantee that decals will adhere to all surfaces, so I'm not able to offer refunds for decals not adhering to your wall or surface.

I'm trying to match colors to my event, how do I know a color will match?

I can offer a small sample of any color you wish and send it to you. I will make sure to include the name of the color on the back if you need multiple colors. Sample pieces will vary in size depending on how much of that color I easily have on hand. Allow for extra time before your event for me to mail out samples. I do not offer rush shipping on samples.

I need my item by X date!

Message me with the date you need it by. I may be able to accommodate if I do not have a lot of orders ahead of yours. The sooner you purchase the listing the sooner it will be added to my work queue. But I do not offer rush processing. Please note, on a good day shipping takes about 3-5 business days outside the holidays and even then sometimes it will take longer. I can offer rush shipping for you to purchase as well. But I can not guarantee delivery dates and any date I give you is an estimation.

My order shipped a few days ago and it's not here! What's going on?

All orders are are mailed via the USPS. You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped, and it will contain your tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time with this number. Unfortunately, tracking is not always accurate and there can be delays in scanning/tracking. For this reason, I will not send replacements or consider a package "lost" until ten full business days have passed since shipping. Business days are Mon-Fri, and do not include weekends or holidays. Please Note-I are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are scanned as "Delivered" via your tracking number. You will have to discuss with the post office the whereabouts of your items.

I ordered X color and it does not look like that color in the listing!

Please keep in mind that monitor display settings vary from computer to computer. I try to make sure that I match the colors as best as possible when sending proofs and mockups. And even then, dye lots when the vinyl or base item is made can also vary. I have no control over these factors.

My item was marked as "Return to Sender", what do I do?

Once the item arrives back to me, I will review the address on the label and the address provided at check out. Then one of two things will happen 1- If I made an error somehow on the label, I will reship at my expense. 2- If no error was made on my end, then you must pay to have it shipped again. I will create a new listing for the shipping charge and you can double check the proper address for the new order. I will not refund your order if you provided the wrong address for your order. Please double check that you give the correct address at checkout.

Can I change the address for my item to be shipped to?

Please provide the address you wish the order to be sent to when you check out. I use that information and ONLY that information to create my shipping labels. This ensures a safe and accurate delivery for your item. Once the order is placed, I am no longer able to change the "ship to" address.

If I manage to return and item, will I get a full refund?

If for the odd reason I accept a return (I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders), you will receive a refund minus the cost of what it took for me to ship the item to you. Once the rare chance I agree to a refund begins, I will outline what you will be receiving back as a refund.

I placed my order on X date and it's been X days, why havent I received my item?

When you buy an item off Etsy, the majority of the time the item is made to order. Because of such, processing times are posted on every listing on how long it will take me to create your item before I ship it out. These times are business days (Mon-Fri) so please factor in plenty of time before ordering a time sensitive item. If you are in a hurry and require your item by a certain date, please reach out to me and inquire if I can make that deadline. During the holiday seasons such as Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas I have set deadlines where I can not guarantee orders to arrive if it has past the deadline. If you have any questions regarding needing an item by certain dates or shipping upgrades send me a message

These potholders would make the perfect gift for anyone on your holiday shopping list!
Also makes a great housewarming or newlywed gift too!

The front of the potholder has a pocket and is made from cotton and the back is made of neoprene which helps keeps your hands safe when grabbing hot items out of the oven.
You can also place your dishes on them to keep your counters and tables safe from hot items, however, ONLY place hot items on the neoprene side to preserve the life of the vinyl.

Typically these will be pressed with white vinyl, but I have other colors available upon request.
Don't like any of these designs? Message me and I can create you a unique design!

When checking out please tell me if you would like Brownie, Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookie Mix, Oatmeal Raisin, or Peanut Butter Cookie
Ingredient lists are available upon request. These bags are unopened and factory sealed.

If you are requesting the Mr/Mrs, Mr/Mr, Mrs/Mrs, please be sure to include your last name and wedding year

If you are ordering 5 or more sets, please message me for custom pricing so I can create a listing just for you.

Just received my potholders and they were beautiful, thank you so much! I would like to see if you have done any disney potholders with the saying on the potholders. I have been asking my daughter to do them since last year and still nothing, my theme this year is a disney themed christmas. Please advise if you would be able to do it. I have a picture but not sure if you can do it. Please let me know. Thank you again so much, I absolutely love them!
