Items are taking up to 10 business days to dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank holidays.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we do not guarantee them. Once items have been dispatched and are in the hands of the relevant postal services we are unable to influence their progress. There can be delays that are beyond our control.

Standard shipping in the UK is by Evri or Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery. This is not a next day service. This is not a trackable service.

Standard delivery worldwide is by tracked airmail. This can be upgraded on some items to courier delivery.

Please check the details you provide when ordering. We make the item specifically as requested and therefore if your details are incorrect we are unable to change them once the item has been produced.
We are able to make custom orders to suit your requirements. We are also able to make our ornaments in different languages. Please contact us for details. Please note we do not provide proofs for any of our items.

Please feel free to message us with your queries. Note to seller messages on your order are not seen till we get to your order, so please contact us with queries via the messaging system. We try to answer within 24-48 hours, however due to the current high volume of messages the occasional is missed. If we have not answered within 48 hours please contact us again. Please also be aware we work on GMT or BST hours as we are based in the UK.

Rush orders are by prior agreement only. If you require your order dispatching before our standard timescale that is shown, (currently 7-10 business days till dispatch), please contact us to see if we are able to do this for you. This will incur a surcharge of £5 per order. This does not change the shipping times so please also choose the appropriate shipping method.
Please note from 26th August-5th September we will not be accepting rush orders or early dispatch requests.

All of our items are sent out tracked or signed for. The tracking or reference number can be easily located within the dispatch email that is sent to your registered Etsy email address.
Please check and ensure you have given the correct postal address. This can be found on your confirmation email. If it is incorrect please advise us immediately. If your item is sent to the incorrect address and is returned to us we will require that the shipping cost to resend is paid for by yourself. We will also require the shipping to be repaid if the item is returned to us due to the buyer having failed to collect or reschedule a suitable redelivery.

Please do not add need by dates to your order as we may not see the message you add to the note to seller box before production and this may be after the date you request. Please contact us first to confirm we are able to accommodate your request.
If you add a ‘need by’ date and have not contacted us prior to order. Unfortunately we do not guarantee to accommodate your request as we work within the timescales we detail on our listings and homepage.
