We strive to have 100% satisfaction; however, because all our items are original to us, we DO NOT accept returns.
If there is a misunderstanding and we manage to resolve it before shipping occurs, we do provide full refund on your transaction.
We DO NOT accept returns; especially so, on custom orders and on items that you have already received. We try to give/get as much information to/from you, in order to make sure what we send you is what you are expecting to receive!
In special circumstances, where we can’t resolve the issue, and it is beyond our and your control, we can make a decision to refund a transaction ONLY after we receive our item in the way it was send to you, without ANY damage done to it. We will not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. If you want to return an item to us for correction, YOU will have to pay the shipping cost to get it to us.

Custom orders require a payment in full for design work to begin. Custom orders and customized designs are not eligible for returns, so please do not buy before you are sure in your request! Of course, if it's our mistake we'll fix it at no charge. We do our BEST to LOVE the item ourselves, before we even ship it to you!
