An intricately ornate etched design called Royal Etch (#273) can be felt in bas relief on the underside of the bases of these two elegant candle holders made by the Fostoria Glass Company, between 1925 to 1938. They have very heavy stems, drip rings and openings in clear molded glass with no bubbles, no scratches, no chips -- in near mint condition, and quite elegant. They stand 3 inches tall and the bases are a nice, wide 4-9/16 inches. They look wonderful on the mantel, on a bedside table, or on a lovely dining table.
