We cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics due to health concerns. These products, once opened, become unable to be resold and must be destroyed. Please utilize the samples before buying a larger amount if you are unsure.

ALL FREE SHIPPING IS FIRST CLASS USPS, unless otherwise stated or weight doesn't allow then it is upgraded. This will override anything you select for shipping type as Etsy doesn't allow restricting it in the listings this way. You can contact us for upgraded shipping in a custom order at cost or look for the calculated shipping listings which were created for this purpose.

We will do wholesale if the volume is large enough. It is best to contact us for a quote.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we cannot supply a refund or replacement as there is no proof it was not delivered to you. We also cannot refund or replace items misplaced in locations like storage lockers, secured apartment mail centers, holding offices, mail rooms, etc.

If your item is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the new shipment cost. We do not accept cancellations or refunds due to customer error. In the rare case that we do accept the refund, it will be less the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and a 25% loss of goods fee.

Buyer Remorse or not liking a scent is not a valid reason for return or RMA. It is possible that we may work something out but as it stands, we provide samples for a reason so please purchase a sample first.

No return (RMA) or replacement of sample sizes. If damaged in shipping, they will be replaced with proof, at no cost.

Yes, we will work with you from beginning to end on whatever product you want. We will even get you a custom designed label if allowed or if you wish to cover the cost of having them printed. We have many scents available as well and not all are available in current products but any listed are available as ANY product type we provide.
