The Archangel Michael, leader of the Army of God, the protector, the healer, the patron saint of police. A heroic figure in all Abrahamic religions, Saint Michael's feast day is September 29th.

This ring is made from a one ounce, .999 silver, Isle of Man "Silver Angel" coin from 2015. The coin is backed by the Isle of Man government and features the Archangel Michael using his shield to block a dragon's flaming breath as he uses a spear to slay it. It can be electroplated with the nanoceramic color of your choice (see list of colors below).

The coin was originally minted in gold, its design is based on a French coin and was introduced into England by Edward IV in 1465. The iconic coin was thought to bring good luck and health. It was given to sufferers of the disease scrofula (a form of tuberculosis), in a medieval ceremony intended to cure the stricken.

Galaxy Coin Rings offers a variety of durable and vibrant Nano-ceramic colors for your rings. Unlike the industrial grade powder coatings which are found on some coin rings, Nano-ceramic e-coatings are not potentially inimical. Nano-ceramics are made specifically for jewelry, they are hypo-allergenic and safe to wear. The process of applying e-coatings is more time consuming and expensive than other methods of adding color to rings and Galaxy Coin Rings is one of the very few coin art shops to offer it.

Please indicate in the comments section which color you'd like (gold, blue, red, maroon, violet, green, fuchsia, rhodium, copper, orange, pink, turquoise, pine green, wine red, rose gold, chestnut brown and extreme black)
