Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
We currently accept Paypal. An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction. We also accept PayPal payments and Etsy Gift Cards.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
As with most personalized items, returns are not accepted because we cannot resell something once it is monogrammed/personalized. Your item will be completed to the exact specifications you provide while checking out or through our conversation.
If an error is made on our part, we will of course replace or fix the item.
If there is a defect with your item, we will replace your item with proof of the defect (shipping the item back for inspection or pictures to show defect).
If you are concerned about the way your monogram or lettering will look in a particular font, we will happily provide a digital sample of how your personalization will appear before the product goes into production. All you have to do is ask. The item will not go until production until you have approved the digital sample. If you are concerned about colors combinations, let me know. I will be more than happy to help and give you some suggestions.

We ship in stock items within 72 hours, but orders with personalization will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If you are interested in placing a custom order please keep in mind the time frame in which you need your order by.
All orders ship either with USPS or FedEx depending on the item. All products are packaged well to withstand shipping. However, there are occasions when things break due to the carrier handling the package incorrectly. We highly recommend paying extra for shipping insurance. This protects your order if it is damaged by the carrier. We CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for products that are damaged OR lost in transit, however, will do everything possible to help recover lost or damaged items with proper documentation.
