Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

FAQs

Almost all of our items are made to order, however we can still accept returns & exchanges for most items as long as NO CUSTOMIZATIONS were done to the item at your request whether paid or free. Any items where you tell me your name to personalize the item, where you request different thread and/or felt colors, or any other changes to an item from the regular style makes the order a custom order and is therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. Thanks for your understanding!
Yes, we are available to do larger orders for subscription boxes, group meetups, or other events! Just contact us as soon as possible (to give us enough time for production) with what you need, how many, and when you need them by and we'll get in touch with a quote.
All of my items are packaged nicely with a pretty backer card and pouch. For orders of multiple items I will put more than one item in each pouch. If you are ordering the items as individual gifts, there is now an option at checkout to have them all packaged individually for an additional fee.
I usually take around 3 to 5 business days to process an order before it’s shipped out. I ship USPS First Class Mail unless your order is over one pound or you opt to upgrade your shipping, and in that case I ship USPS Priority Mail. First Class Mail takes about 2 to 5 business days to get to you. I’m located in California so if you are on the East Coast, your transit time will be on the longer end of that.

For international orders I ship USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International, depending on the size of your order or your shipping selection at checkout. Transit time for international orders varies greatly depending on your location. I only ship using the above methods because those offer tracking info.
