I accept returns(except from custom orders) and will refund the listing cost (shipping costs are excluded).Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I will issue you a refund for the cost of the merchandise but not for the cost of shipping as it has already been paid for.

Contact me within 14 days after you have received your order. Then send the parcel back to me and after I have received it, I'll issue a refund. Please note that you have to send your order back in the same condition you purchased it.
