Description

The Family Creative Workshop Volume #9, Lamps and Shades to Maps and Pathfinding, 1975, Plenary Publications International, Inc. New York and Amsterdam.

This volume contains detailed instructions for the following crafts/activities:

Lamps and Shades, Lapidary, Leaded Glass, Leather Working, Lighted Indoor Gardens, Linoleum & Woodcuts, Machine Stitchery, Magic, Macramé, Maps and Pathfinding

This is a blurb about the series as a whole:

Published during the mid-70s, this 24 volume set is a comprehensive guide to a mind-boggling array of crafts. As one might expect, the crafts of those times are represented: macrame, string art, mosaics, sand painting, tie dye and terrariums all make an appearance. However, there's also a noteworthy collection of current mainstream crafts, such as knitting, crocheting and beading, as well as impressive coverage of more obscure topics.

This vintage hardcover book is in very good used condition. Almost no wear, inside pages very clean and smooth, binding tight. Almost like new.

Returns & exchanges

Please do read my description of book condition, and take a good look at all photos provided. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I will provide a refund once I have received the returned book(s).

If a book is "lost in the mail" I wait one month before refunding the cost of the book. Many times books get lost but they do show up even five and six weeks later. It is a drag for all of us but I have never shipped a package that did not (eventually) arrive! It's true!

Shipping policies

Please message me for international shipping rates. All US orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail (happy to provide shipping upgrades). Each package shipped comes with a tracking number that you can access through Etsy. For international customers: if your package is lost I can provide a refund for the cost of the books, but not the cost of the shipping. Many thanks!
